The Lawrence Heights Social Development Plan, established in 2012, arose from the revitalization of Lawrence Heights—an opportunity to redefine the community and shape a brighter future our families. Through three years of consultations and engagement with local stakeholders, we collaboratively identified the unique characteristics that make this community special. The plan encompasses six key priorities: The Community's Connections, Services, Safety, Housing, Green Space, and Employment Needs. It lays the foundation for a collaborative, cooperative, and inclusive community.

In 2020, we partnered with the Lawrence Heights Inter-Organization Network (LHION) and the City of Toronto to secure a grant for initiatives in the Lawrence Heights, Neptune, and Lotherton Pathways communities. This collaboration enables us to focus on projects that foster community bonds and enhance residents' well-being. By leveraging the received grants, we aim to make a lasting impact, nurturing a stronger sense of community and improving the quality of life for all residents involved.
